Le Breton CKL Lobster Meat

As Lobster prices will inevitably rise during the fall months, try using frozen CKL meat as a price conscious alternative. Le Breton Canadian claw, knuckle, and leg meat is very good quality and not an over abundance of leg meat mixed in. It also has minimal water loss upon thawing. Inquire with our sales team for pricing!

Updated pricelists for the upcoming week (Friday to Thursday) are available on our website!

Bruce Gore Wild King Salmon

Bruce Gore and his company, Triad Fisheries, have been marketing hook-and-line caught wild salmon from southeast Alaska since 1978.

These King Salmon are caught using slow hook-and-line method to minimize stress, processed immediately on-board, and frozen within 90 minutes. Each fish is then individually hand dipped in fresh seawater to create a protective glaze and tagged to ensure each fish is traceable to the source.

NYC Hospitality Alliance

As your seafood supplier and as restaurant owners ourselves, we know the serious challenges our industry faces. That’s why we support and serve on the Board of Directors of the NYC Hospitality Alliance. We are urging you join the NYC Hospitality Alliance to ensure they have the financial resources and support to continue their important advocacy work for our industry. The Alliance is our voice in city and state government, fighting for policies that are important to us - like outdoor dining and the tip credit - while resisting the anti-business impulses of many of our elected officials. There is tremendous value in membership and in our industry being united. To be heard, we must speak with a collective voice!
