Beat Congestion Pricing with unattended deliveries!

Congestion pricing starts in June. That means every delivery truck will pay a $24-$36 toll every time they cross below 60th street in Manhattan. New York will use the tolls to fund improvements to the MTA - which is good news for commuters, but it's going to be tough on our industry. If we beat the clock, we can beat these tolls. Before 5AM, the commercial vehicle toll is only $3. So, if we can access your kitchen to deliver your products before the sun comes up, we can save money and time together. We're already making unattended deliveries to over 100 kitchens throughout the NYC area.

New Oyster Lists Available Now!

As we head into "shucking season", we're expanding our raw bar offerings to include a bigger oyster, crab, and urchin list. We're working directly with growers and dealers in PEI, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Long Island to bring you an oyster for every palate - and we're offering them at great prices.

How to Help:

Just hand the RPCs back to our delivery driver the next time you get your order. If you can’t unpack your order while our driver’s present, no problem. You can collapse your RPC using the handles on the sides and set it out for pick-up the next time we deliver.

Chile Pepper Flavor Pearls

Christine Le Tennier flavor pearls provide an innovative finishing touch in a variety of contexts. Each serving of just a few pearls bursts on the palate, releasing bold flavors. Try them in cocktails, on cheese plates, with oysters, or as a topping for desserts and pastries.

Ortiz Anchovies in Olive Oil

Ortiz Anchovies are carefully prepared and filleted, one by one, and are caught during the spring fishing season and freshly processed to maintain their full flavor. They are then aged in barrels with salt for a minimum period of 6 months. Once at their best point of maturity, they are hand-filleted one at a time and then packed in olive oil or salted. Anchovies from the Engraulis encrasicholus species are the most popular in the world. Thanks to this careful traditional preparation process, we get a premium anchovy with a compact flesh and rich flavor.
