Pamplie Butter
Pamplie is an AOP-certified butter (Protected Designation of Origin) from the Charentes-Poitou region of France. Using milk sourced from over 60 different dairy farms within an 80km radius, Pamplie is made in a churn barrel using a recipe unchanged since 1905. Unsalted and Salted 250G rolls, and Unsalted 2KG Sheets available.
