Local Coho Salmon

We are excited to share that we are now offering Local Coho Salmon. Local Coho is an American salmon company raising premium Coho salmon at its pilot farm in Auburn, N.Y. They grow their salmon indoors, from egg to harvest, using Recirculated Aquaculture Systems (RAS) technology, a method that optimizes resources with a minimal impact on the environment.
