Montaraz Jamon Iberico

Now that the holiday season is here, Jamon Iberico is a great menu addition! For four generations, the Montaraz family has grown and cured Jamon Iberico. This exceptional product is made from pure breed Iberico pigs from Salamanca, Spain. Montaraz jamon is cured with only sea salt – no nitrates or nitrites – for more than 36 months, resulting in its deep red color, supple texture, and intense flavors.

OMED Vinegar

O-Med vinegar is characterized by soft acidity. This outcome is thanks to the Schützenbach method in which the alcohol is transformed into acid while the other aromatic compounds are preserved in the vinegar. The goal is to be able to taste the essence of the fruit without being overwhelmed by acid. It's perfect for vinaigrettes, in marinades, sauces, seafood, and ceviches. We have the full range of Omed vinegars in 250ml and 2L sizes. From Chardonnay to Pedro Ximenez, these are all exceptional vinegars!
