Summer In The City
Hot town is here.
As we slowly walk towards the height of summer, you know the time, when the back of the neck gets dirty and gritty, and people are walking around looking half-dead, finding ways to keep cool is real. One such suggestion, ceviche. The South American-born dish is a perfect way to find respite from the hot temps, it will allow you to feel satiated without feeling heavy. If you are looking for suggestions on what to use for your ceviche let us know at sales@lobsterplace.com.
