- Fresh Tuna remains consistent as does the pricing. We will have fish availabel from Costa Rica, Panama and Trinidad.
Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Prices are up on Candian Salmon. Logistical issues and lack of Norwegian supply has meaningfully impacted the market.
- NZ Ora King supply has been crippled by water temperatures getting too high. We hope to see an increase in supply over the next 2 to 3 months as they enter into their fall and winter. We will have Creative Kings from British Columbia avilable in the meantime.
Live Lobster
- We continue to see lobster prices trending down, which is exciting news to us all!
Cod and Ground Fish
- Red Snapper has really tightened up this past week. We recommend Black Sea Bass as an alternative.
- Halibut also looks like it might be a problem this weekend, though we will have plenty of cod or fluke available as an alternative.
