King of the World
Or at the very least the sea.
Are you having dreams of Wild Salmon? Well, you are not alone. Something about the recent change in weather has made a lot of people have the same dream. We get it, there is nothing like warm sunny days to give way to tasty thoughts of Wild Kings or Copper River Sockeyes. Unfortunately, it is still a little early for Wild Salmon, but fret not, we have a great option to quell that craving, Ora King. Ora King Salmons are sustainably raised in the cold waters of New Zealand and are instantly recognizable for the pale orange flesh and the marbled fat lines visible throughout the fillet that creates the perfect salmon flavor. When you are ready to give it a try, remember that we are always ready to deliver exceptional products, on time - as ordered.

Wild and Farmed Salmon
Speaking of Salmon, prices on Canadian Salmon remain high and looks like the prices will continue to rise since supply levels are low.
Live Lobster
Supply has still not rebounded from Lunar New Year, and it seems like this might be a longer issue than initially anticipated. Suppliers are struggling to find consistent offerings.
Clams, Mussels, & Oysters
Beau Soleil and Wellfleet are both struggling with supply issues. We are building up on other oyster varieties like Montauk Pearls, Irish Points and Duxbury Gems.
Cod and Ground Fish
In some good news, New York legal sized Wild Striped Bass have been in good supply, as are Black Bass and Jumbo Fluke
We have begun to see strong offerings of Skrei Cod. Order it while you can, the season does not last long.
