We focus on day-boat and short-trip fish minimizing the time between boat and plate.
Tuna & Swordfish
We are direct importers of Swordfish, Yellowfin, and Bigeye Tuna from docks around the world. Our relationships with exporters in South America, Sri Lanka, Oman, and Australia means that you have access to superior quality fish at exceptional values. And, as NYC’s only distributor of MSC-certified Tuna, we offer unparalleled sustainability in our Tuna program.
Live Lobster & Shellfish
We were the first company to bring wholesale live lobster to NYC in 1974, and we feature one of the city’s best selections of live clams, mussels, and oysters. We source fresh lump and jumbo blue crab meat from Maryland and Louisiana, and dry sea scallops from George’s Bank.
Following its merger with Gourmet Cargo, Lobster Place now features a carefully curated line of Gourmet foods. Our product line includes premium imported beverages, Kusmi Tea, Bordier Butter, olive oil and vinegar, charcuterie, vanilla, and much more.
