We have great supply on amazing Cooked Octopus Legs!

Canadian Salmon prices have lowered this week, but 14/16's remain in short supply and are expensive.

Imported European Salmon prices have dropped over the past week, but should increase again within the next couple weeks.

ASC Certified Salmon from Kvaroy (Norway) and Grieg (Canada) will be available all week.

NZ King Salmon supply has been really short again this week due to rain storms in NZ.

European Steelhead supply remains low as most farms are still focusing on producing salmon instead. 

Fresh Tuna supply has been solid this week, there are offerings daily but prices remain high. We have beautiful #1 Yellowfin imports in from Sri Lanka.

Swordfish supply has been steady this week. We have imports in from Ecuador and Canada.

Cod supply has been strong this week.

Black Sea Bass supply has been better, but prices are still high with limited fishing.

Jumbo Fluke has been strong this week.

American Red Snapper are in good supply.

Fresh Farmed Bronzini prices remain high. Limited air flights and labor shortages continue to drive rising costs.

Fresh Halibut has been in good supply this week, prices are staying about the same from last week.

Wild Striped Bass supply has really rebounded this week and looks to be good for the near future.

Live Lobster prices have stayed even this week, Canadian hard-shells are becoming more limited, but Maine lobster production is increasing.

The Frozen Lobster meat market is loosening up little by little each week.

The U/10 and 10/20 scallop market is lowering a little every 2-3 weeks, we should continue to see prices lower. 

East Coast Oyster Supply remains strong, however, prices are increasing as labor costs remain high.

West Coast Oyster are becoming more available as we get into fall.

Manila Clam supply and quality are strong and back to where it should be.

Fresh Squid is available but supply has been limited.

Fresh Lump and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat supply remain steady.

We are getting in shipments of fresh Hamachi Fillets in weekly.

Frozen Hamachi Fillets are in steady supply.

Maine Uni supply has been steady this week.
